1. What MyKinoList is
MyKinoList is a free service that predicts how much you might like a film based on what you rate. Predictions are estimates and opinions, not guarantees — treat them as a starting point, not a verdict.
2. Your account and conduct
Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. Please do not abuse the service — no automated scraping, no attempts to break or overload it, and no unlawful use.
3. Content and intellectual property
Film titles, images, and metadata belong to TMDB and the respective rights holders. The site’s own text, design, and recommendation output are ours. Your ratings and lists remain yours.
4. TMDB
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or accurate.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update the service and these terms over time. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
